CREAMY CULANTRO CHICKEN

Chicken Breast with choice of either our Garlic Whipped Mashed potatoes or yellow rice and green bean medley our medley consists of red peppers onions. I use Cilantro for my latino family and for my caribbean family, I use Shadow Beni.

HONEY ROASTED CHICKEN

(leg and thigh) with Geelrys is South Africa's yellow rice (this is also what geelrys mean-Yellow rice) and sauteed green bean medley. Not a sweet dish but the sweetness is just right,

CURRY CHICKEN

Served with peas and rice and sautéed cabbage. Tender pieces of dark meat in our curry spices. What makes this meal so delicious is that we marinate our chicken in fresh herbs and seasoning for at least a day! This is what makes any caribbean dish AMAZING!

BBQ CHICKEN

(leg and thigh) with a choice of either traditional baked macaroni, Quinoa or sweet potato hash and sauteed spinach and carrots or sauteed Kale.

MOROCCAN CHICKEN WITH CHERMOULA SAUCE

Red pepper couscous and mint peas and carrots. Tender pieces of chicken that has been marinated in amazing moroccan seasoning that will literally cause your taste buds to sing in delight!!

BLACKENED CHICKEN BREAST

With pineapple salsa with choice of Pineapple & Coconut Jasmine Rice or Roasted Red Pepper and Pineapple Quinoa/Brown Rice served with snow pea medley

SOFRITO PORK CHOP

Sautéed Onions and Peppers in our red sauce served with your choice of roasted potatoes or saffron rice with green beans. Spanish inspired this dish was one of our frequent picks from my brides!

HAWAIIAN BLACKENED PORK TACOS

with pineapple salsa and cilantro crema and served with black beans and rice

STIR FRY PORK

Stir Fry Pork with Scallions and Leeks Asian inspired dish full of flavor

PORK KABOBS

on Lemongrass sticks served with Jasmine rice and spicy pickled slaw that is very similar to Haitian Pikliz (Pork can be switched out for beef and chicken)

If you like eggplant, you’ll love this flavorful eggplant quiche from Tunisia which is a North African country bordering the Mediterranean Sea and Sahara Desert. North Africa and so many other parts of Africa has amazing seasonings with bold flavors.

SWEET PEPPER TURNOVERS

Moroccan cuisine is filled with the scent of sweet and savory spices, cinnamon, ginger, and cumin typically made with lamb I make this vegetarian by adding zucchini, squash, sweet potato, carrots and eggplant.

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH TURMERIC

Served with Couscous or Roasted Rosemary Potatoes. Roasted Cauliflower with aromatic Moroccan spices that have been marinated the roasted goes well with either couscous or our roasted rosemary potatoes

with eggs in tomato sauce (Moroccan, Algerian) eggs can be omitted for vegan served with couscous and zucchini with peppers. Very flavorful dish.

served with Tunisian carrot salad. An Algerian speciality that is full of flavor, a spicy blend of ground dried red chilies the carrot salad is very refreshing and delicious compliment.
