Chef Samone designs intimate custom culinary experiences for foodies, passionate about food, ingredients and presentation. Through her catering company, Wishful Concepts Chef Samone has successfully turned the discussion about food, into a very simple, relational, human process. From menu planning to full event experience design, we can create a full culinary experience. We only serve a maximum guest count of 75.

OUR ALL-INCLUSIVE CATERING
We focus on food primarily, but if you need china, flatware, glassware, chargers, napkins or linen as part of your dining experience, we can provide it to you as well.
Almost everyone would prefer to be served their food as opposed to getting it themselves. You may choose to offer your guests one entrée or dual entrées, prepared and presented with elegance.

Catered events are selected by Chef Samone. We primarily serve the Greater Central Florida region and cater events between 50 and 75 guests. Our team is made up of a variety of multi-talented culinary and hospitality professionals, who understand the importance of delivering good customer experiences.

I was planning my mother’s 70th birthday party and was referred to Samone @ Wishful Concepts. I live in the DC/VA area and was in town for only a few days to scout venues and caterers. Samone met with me for a last minute tasting and I was hooked!!! The white glove service was professional, warm, and friendly. The room set-up was impeccable. Samone created a special menu just for us, exactly who we were on a plate. Her New Orleans style Shrimp & Grits and Steak with a Spicy Shrimp Sauce brought both my fiance’ and I back to New Orleans… More importantly, it reminded my fiance’ of HOME since he was born and raised there.

During our consultation we outlined that our wedding would have a twist on the cuisine to have an English touch with some Korean flare.
