Almost everyone would prefer to be served their food as opposed to getting it themselves. You may choose to offer your guests one entrée or dual entrées, prepared and presented with elegance.
We provide elegant manned buffet experiences for guests. We provide full chafing dish setup with professional servers or we can setup self-serve stations.
We can also design an experience where your guests are served family–style at tables in platters and bowls, so guests can help themselves to the portions they’d like.

Chef Samone and her team come from a hospitality background and have experience working on the sets of Food Network and Tyler Perry Studios. We understand that production crews work long hours and are looking for good flavorful food!

I was planning my mother’s 70th birthday party and was referred to Samone @ Wishful Concepts. I live in the DC/VA area and was in town for only a few days to scout venues and caterers. We knew right away that Wishful Concepts were different. They wanted to know about us, our culture, where we came from, what we loved, and who we were, and translate that into the food. Samone created a special menu just for us, exactly who we were on a plate. Her New Orleans style Shrimp & Grits and Steak with a Spicy Shrimp Sauce brought both my fiance’ and I back to New Orleans… More importantly, it reminded my fiance’ of HOME since he was born and raised there.

During our consultation we outlined that our wedding would have a twist on the cuisine to have an English touch with some Korean flare.
